Ingredients:

  • 1 can (15.25 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can (14.75 ounces) cream-style corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 box (8.5 ounces) cornbread mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Chopped green onions or jalapeños for added flavor

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients:
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, sour cream, melted butter, and beaten eggs.
  3. Add Cornbread Mix:
    • Stir in the cornbread mix until well combined. If desired, add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Fold in Cheese:
