Ingredients:

  • 2-3 tablespoons milk (or non-dairy alternative)

Instructions:

For the Doughnuts:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a doughnut pan with cooking spray.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients:
    • In a large bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg.
