  • 1 fresh pineapple

  2. Peel the pineapple and remove the core. Slice the pineapple into rings or chunks, depending on your preference.
  3. If desired, drizzle the pineapple slices or chunks with honey or maple syrup for added sweetness.
  4. Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray or oil spray to prevent sticking.
  5. Arrange the pineapple slices or chunks in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd the basket; cook in batches if needed.
  6. Air fry the pineapple at 375°F (190°C) for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking, until the pineapple is golden brown and caramelized on the outside.
  7. Once done, carefully remove the caramelized pineapple from the air fryer and transfer it to a serving dish.
