  • 12 mozzarella string cheese sticks
  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups gluten-free breadcrumbs (or gluten-free panko crumbs)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • Marinara sauce for dipping


  1. Prepare the Cheese Sticks:
    • Unwrap the mozzarella sticks and cut them in half to create 24 shorter sticks.
  2. Set Up the Breading Station:
    • In three separate bowls, set up a breading station. Place gluten-free flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in the second bowl, and gluten-free breadcrumbs mixed with Italian seasoning and garlic powder in the third bowl.
  3. Coat with Flour:
