  • 4 sausages (such as Italian or smoked sausage), sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: Crushed red pepper flakes for a bit of heat
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish


  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare Foil Packs:
    • Cut four large pieces of aluminum foil. Place them on a flat surface.
