Slimming World Strawberry Mousse

Slimming World-friendly Strawberry Mousse recipe that’s sweet and guilt-free with only 1.5 syns:


  • 400g fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sweetener (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin powder
  • 2 tablespoons boiling water
  • 500g fat-free vanilla yogurt
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)


  1. Prepare the Gelatin:
    • In a small bowl, dissolve the gelatin powder in 2 tablespoons of boiling water. Stir well until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Set aside to cool slightly.
  2. Prepare the Strawberries:
    • Reserve a few strawberry halves for garnish. Take the remaining strawberries and blend them into a smooth puree using a blender or food processor.
  3. Sweeten the Puree:
    • Add the granulated sweetener to the strawberry puree and blend again until well combined. Adjust the sweetness according to your taste preference.
  4. Mix Gelatin with Strawberry Puree:
    • Pour the dissolved gelatin into the strawberry puree and mix well.
  5. Incorporate Yogurt:
    • Gently fold in the fat-free vanilla yogurt into the strawberry and gelatin mixture until well combined.
  6. Divide into Serving Glasses:
    • Spoon the mixture into individual serving glasses or bowls.
  7. Chill:
    • Place the glasses in the refrigerator to set for at least 4 hours or overnight until the mousse is firm.
  8. Garnish and Serve:
    • Before serving, garnish each mousse with a few reserved strawberry halves and fresh mint leaves if desired.
