Air Fryer Pork Chops

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 15-20 minutes
Total Time: 25-30 minutes
Recipe Intensity: Easy

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless pork chops, about 1 inch thick
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil (or melted butter), garlic powder, paprika, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Brush both sides of the pork chops with the marinade mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  4. Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray or oil spray to prevent sticking.
  5. Place the pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer, without overcrowding. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  6. Air fry the pork chops at 400°F (200°C) for about 15-20 minutes, flipping them halfway through cooking. The internal temperature of the pork chops should reach 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare or 160°F (71°C) for medium doneness.
  7. Once done, remove the pork chops from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
  8. Serve the air fryer pork chops hot with your favorite side dishes, such as roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad.

Note: Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of your pork chops and the efficiency of your air fryer. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the pork chops are cooked to your desired level of doneness.

Enjoy your tender and flavorful air fryer pork chops!
