Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 15-20 minutes
Total Time: 25-30 minutes
Recipe Intensity: Easy
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless pork chops, about 1 inch thick
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil (or melted butter), garlic powder, paprika, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
- Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Brush both sides of the pork chops with the marinade mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray or oil spray to prevent sticking.
- Place the pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer, without overcrowding. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry the pork chops at 400°F (200°C) for about 15-20 minutes, flipping them halfway through cooking. The internal temperature of the pork chops should reach 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare or 160°F (71°C) for medium doneness.
- Once done, remove the pork chops from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve the air fryer pork chops hot with your favorite side dishes, such as roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad.
Note: Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of your pork chops and the efficiency of your air fryer. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the pork chops are cooked to your desired level of doneness.
Enjoy your tender and flavorful air fryer pork chops!
