Cooking Time: 15-20 minutes
Total Time: 25-30 minutes
Recipe Intensity: Easy

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables (such as bell peppers, onions, spinach, mushrooms)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil spray

Optional Add-Ins:

  • Cooked and crumbled bacon or sausage
  • Diced ham
  • Fresh herbs (such as parsley, chives, or basil)

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheese and chopped vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste. You can also add any optional add-ins at this point.
  4. Lightly coat the air fryer basket or a baking dish that fits inside the air fryer with cooking spray or oil spray.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared air fryer basket or baking dish.
  6. Place the basket or dish in the preheated air fryer and cook the frittata at 350°F (175°C) for about 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is lightly golden brown.
  7. Once the frittata is cooked, carefully remove it from the air fryer using oven mitts or tongs.
  8. Allow the frittata to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
  9. Serve the air fryer frittata warm as a delicious and nutritious breakfast or brunch option.

Note: Cooking times may vary depending on the size and thickness of your frittata. You can check for doneness by inserting a knife or toothpick into the center of the frittata; if it comes out clean, the frittata is cooked.

Feel free to customize your frittata with your favorite vegetables, cheeses, and protein options for a personalized and flavorful dish. Enjoy your air fryer frittata!
