Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 25-30 minutes
Total Time: 40-45 minutes
Recipe Intensity: Easy
Ingredients:
- 4 medium-sized potatoes, washed and cubed
- 4 sausages (any variety you prefer), sliced into bite-sized pieces
- 2 carrots, peeled and sliced into rounds or sticks
- 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Fresh herbs (such as rosemary or thyme) for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed potatoes, sliced sausages, carrot slices, and broccoli florets.
- Drizzle the olive oil or melted butter over the mixture. Sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat everything evenly with the seasonings and oil.
- Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray or oil spray to prevent sticking.
- Spread the potato, sausage, carrot, and broccoli mixture in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry the mixture at 400°F (200°C) for about 25-30 minutes, shaking the basket or stirring the ingredients halfway through cooking, until the potatoes are golden and crispy, the sausage is cooked through, and the vegetables are tender.
- Once done, carefully remove the cooked mixture from the air fryer and transfer it to a serving dish.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
- Serve the air fryer potatoes, sausage, carrots, and broccoli hot as a hearty and flavorful meal.
Note: Cooking times may vary slightly depending on the size of your potato cubes and the thickness of your sausage slices. Adjust the cooking time as needed to ensure everything is cooked through and nicely browned.
Enjoy your delicious and nutritious air fryer meal!
