Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes
Recipe Intensity: Easy

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound fresh mushrooms (such as button mushrooms or cremini mushrooms), cleaned and stems trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix well to create the garlic butter sauce.
  3. Place the cleaned and trimmed mushrooms in the bowl with the garlic butter sauce. Toss the mushrooms until they are evenly coated with the sauce.
  4. Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray or oil spray to prevent sticking.
  5. Arrange the coated mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  6. Air fry the mushrooms at 400°F (200°C) for about 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until the mushrooms are tender and golden brown.
  7. Once done, carefully remove the roasted mushrooms from the air fryer and transfer them to a serving dish.
  8. Garnish the mushrooms with additional chopped parsley if desired.
  9. Serve the air fryer garlic butter roasted mushrooms hot as a flavorful side dish or appetizer.

Note: Cooking times may vary slightly depending on the size and type of mushrooms you use, as well as the efficiency of your air fryer. Adjust the cooking time as needed to achieve your desired level of doneness and browning.

Enjoy your tasty and aromatic garlic butter roasted mushrooms made in the air fryer!
